How to immerse in Japanese properly

 i got it. 

theres 2 ways to consume japanese to learn it.

immersion (watch anything you like at any time, get rid of everything english, use the Japanese version of everything.)

and 

consumption (set aside a few hours to watch/read japanese each day and you can clock out once your done.)

i tried to do both, but both had their pros and cons

but i can say, 

consumption alone is not enough. immersion is the only way to learn. but full immersion is too hard and stressful.

basic/simple Japanese to complex japanese immersion is perhaps the best approach
