exactly when are you dont with ajatt?

this is a question i asked my self several times. i starteed april 2020 and i feel like sysiphus just pushing the boulder up the hill and rolling back.

theres 2 things you need to do.

1 sentence cards- learn vocab

2. immersion- to learn to use that knowledge

IMMERSION

now, immersion is the whole point to the method.

-the end goal of immersion is TO UNDERSTAND MEANING  OF EVERY WORD

    - to do this, just sperate the sounds into parts

    -  look up words you want to know and save them

what??? then how am i understanding the words? by a dictionary, look up and understand. few words at a time 

of course thats retarded and gonna take forver. thats why, by itself is not a good method

SENTENCE CARDS

sentence cards is the most important part. ITS THE ENGINE

-the end goal of sentence cards is REMEMBER 10k VOCABULARY USED IN IMMERSION

    - take very imporatnt word used irl, and write down the meaning

    - make it as easy as possible to remeber them

     - use tricks, funny images or a challange,  should be something to notice around

     - repeat

these 2 are like water and teabag. water is the core ingirdent. but the tea bag is the most imporant part. 

after that

Being done with japanese looks like this. 

    - every card you try is a breeze (make the the word memorable somewhere)

    - every word in the lanauge is noticable (instantly know/its memorible)

    - can recall each card from memory (challange to try recalling)

    - every word has an easy image in head (heard it a lot)

    - easyily catch up with what their saying (seperate the words easily)

MAKING FASTEST PROGRESS YOU CAN FOR NUTJOBS

ok so we have our end goal, and what to do. so lets you're an insane NEET weaboo. so to "speedrun" japanese. heres what to do.

Immersion

listen to japanese 24/7 make it a no problem. skip around, use crazy stuff, stuff you know etc... keeps your attention there, makes you coming back. always listen and notice

    - to do this, you need to be hyped up on caffine so your mind isent sluggish and eat good food. skip the sugar and breads. finish insane anime, dramas, etc.. no lame pussy stuff

skip around a ton. never make it boring for a seccond

make friends, enemies, romantic partners. even if u need google translate or something. to a lot of things with them.

Sentence cards

10k/30 = 333 days in total    (just around 11 months)

everyday 30 cards of easiest beginner stuff,  (i.e 犬が嫌い )

2 words only.

keep 2 words until 3 words is piss easy. then 4.....

    - find 2 word phrases around in immersion (i.e　絵に描いた |  絵に　描いた kids do this)

    - make these cards the weirdest, funny cards, if not use a mneumonic, or attach to a memory. (perferablly do the word, discribe it weirdly)

    - review once, rough way to just notice them

    - 2nd time to recall them (bit harder)

they need to be a breeze, try to recall it all the time. recall it evertwhere. cover 1 word and recall the other

keep doing this for 1 year. and theoritically, you should be done with every single goal.

should have 10h perday of active

10*333= 3330h  20 min of anime 3ep= 1h

3*3330= 10k episodes.

gonna have to abandon all hobbies, make your errands quick. and consume a shit ton.

sounds like a lot. but 10h is nothing, it flys by. the more you get used to that habbit, it becomes 2nd nature.
